DoorHelpService is a technology platform that connects customers with independent, verified professionals for home services. We facilitate bookings but the service is performed by the assigned professional.

2. Bookings & Pricing

• Prices shown are starting prices; final pricing may vary based on the scope of work, confirmed with you before commencement.
• You agree to provide accurate booking details and a safe working environment.

3. Payments

Payments can be made via UPI, cards, net banking or cash. All digital payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Cancellation charges may apply for late cancellations.

5. User Responsibilities

• Treat professionals with respect and ensure their safety.
• Do not engage professionals outside the platform for the same booking.
• Provide accurate information and valid payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

DoorHelpService strives to ensure quality but is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from services performed by independent professionals, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks and software on the platform are the property of DoorHelpService and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
